New patients
You can request a visit online using my practice's secure form. Please select Dr. Mian in the drop-down menu. You can also call my clinic or email my medical assistant, Mandira.
Many patients travel from out of state, and my team can help coordinate your visit.
Insurance
- I accept most major insurance plans except for Medicaid and Tricare.
- Medicare/managed Medicare is accepted only for movement disorders and trigeminal neuralgia.
- HMO plans require a referral from your PCP.
